Times are from dispatch and are estimates by our carrier DHL. We dispatch on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Customs can add time for Switzerland.

Duties

EU: All prices include VAT. No import duties within the EU.

Switzerland: Orders are shipped duties unpaid. Import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance fees are charged by the carrier on delivery.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can return unworn items with their original tags within 30 days of delivery. This voluntary return period is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which is not affected. Return shipping is paid by you, unless we sent you the wrong item or the item is faulty or damaged, then we cover it.

  1. Register your return in our returns portal.
  2. Pack the items unworn with tags attached and add the return label.
  3. We refund you within 14 days after we receive your return.
