RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Who this applies to

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your contract with us under the following conditions.

Withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party you have designated (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of a clear written statement (e.g. by email) before the withdrawal period expires:

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of returned goods

Items must be unworn and returned with original tags attached. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
